I have taken jio sim and lyf phone but had cell phone charging problem. So i went to the Jio lyf services center for repairing with sim card but lyf services center not return sim card. So i have go to the jio center three times first time going to 22-08-2016 9:30 PM o’clock but he said you are coming before 8 pm o’clock then next day i going to 23-08-2016 7:30 o’clock but he said you have coming before 6:00 pm o’clock next day i going to 27-08-2016 6:00 pm o’click but he said today services center are close you have coming next day.contacted 3 time to your office at Reliance Digital, First Floor, No. 30-31, Nana Mava, 150 Feet Ring Road, Rajkot 360005, Gujarat Phone No : 0281 2576421 Mon-Sun : 11:00 AM. – 10:00 PM. but your offcial web portal display working hours 11:00 AM TO 10:00 PM and we have going to all days in between but all times got a reply that they have come to the next day. Please suggest what to do. Should I approach upbhokta forum rather than running to your office from where I got it.
