Attached are the screenshots of vodafone postpaid bills of mob 99997 25252 where the service provider is fraudulently charging. For e.g. Rs 2394 billed and paid 2400 but in the next billing cycle 6 Rs was not deducted, another e.g. 706 billed when paid 700 but in next billing cycle Rs 6 was added(full details in sms screenshots). In this way vodafone is fraudulently charging 5-10 Rs from 3-4 years and also this may be going on with several customers.

Vodafone company be fined Rs 400 crore and the amount to be deposited in prime minister relief fund or in account of municipal schools. Vodafone should publicly apologies for such fraud. Vodafone to be audited every quarter for such fraud. Pay Rs 10000 as compensation to every customer affected by such fraud.
