I have purchased a phone from your store. ie. Reliance digital express mini tukum chandrapur.

I faced problem in my phone that sim slot 2nd was not working.then i visited to jio center chandrapur.
The center receptionist told us wait 10 to 15 minites bcoz of engineer is busy to another work. Then engineer is coming then i show my phone to solve the problem he checkes manually in hand and said go now and come with in 1.30 to 2 hrs then i ask from him would you plz call me when the problem is solved,he replies this is not my duty you have to come.

And again on 4 pm today when i got my phone back sim slot 1st is also not working and i found that my phone is in damaged condition and back cover is not fitted properly but he is not accepting his fault and blaming me.
Now finally my phone is totally dead.im very upset with it. plz help me about it
