Jio Lyf Mobiles – No Customer Service

Dear sir, as i bought two Jio lyf water 7 mobiles on 5th September. Both the sims are activated on 12th september. But there is no signal for the mobile upto now i went and in the reliance digital life they said that we can’t do any thing, they suggested me to go for jio service centre in the respective zone of that area.. They said that your sims are activated wait for 24 hours ..but there is no proper response from the signal side. In jio service center itself said sir we can’t do any thing only customers care can help you.but the customercare is saying about only settings of the mobile ..and said that wait for 24 hours, 48 hours.upto now 128 hours finished.. But there is no solution for the problem. So,i raised a complaint .the jio service center staff called me .again they check the mobile settings.but there is no signal coming for the mobile. They suggested me to go for reliance digital life where i buyed the mobile and consult the respective zone service stafff. This is the status of jio service in chennai..a metropolitan city im saying about signal problem they are saying and changing settings of the mobile..more than 50times.. Flame 8 is very bad phone.screen resolution is very bad .screen colors poor,camera is also bad front and rear .hanging problem .marks 3/10 Note- sometimes I thought throw in dustbin this cell Regards Rahul chauhan 9990XX4245
