The Man Company Online Shopping – Review

I ordered 2 items, online, amounting INR 700. Mode of payment: COD. Received a mail confirmation for the order number 9984 stating it will be received within 5-7 days, on the 26th of July, 2016. I went out of station in the meanwhile, telling my family members to collect the order and make payment on my behalf. I came back and opened the courier packet to find that instead of sending me the correct items, which were 2 in number, I was sent a different item, a face wash, priced INR 299 only, while the Cash paid was 700. I immediately called up on the given customer service number(8527765242)on 2nd August, & spoke to a lady, who apologized, and assured that correction will be done. when nothing happened i again called up to remind her that i have still not received anything and also wrote a mail on care@themancompany.com on the 5th of august. I received a reply from Ankit Apurv , again apologizing, and confirming that the correct order is being dispatched and i will receive it within 72 hours. Also, he asked me to send the image of the face wash which they had sent incorrectly, which I did on whats app, on the 6th of August. Since then, neither have I heard from them, or received the correct shipment, or a refund for the excess amount they have taken. This is complete forgery and inspite of speaking to them 3 times, and writing to them, nothing has happened. Request help on this matter.
