I have got the Jio coupon 555530 96031 but when i went to the shop the guy told me that my coupon has already redeemed. Now what should I do to get the SIM.

I have generated code, after I went to near by store to get sim. I gave my Aadhar details but when they scan my bar code it shows redeemed!! at one point now I don’t get any code when I open the jio app.

I have screen shot of that barcode, store keeper told that the your barcode was hacked by sumone. so it cannot be valid for my mobile as they told. Without my knowledge how can they access my barcode?

now i need jio sim but i have no solution for to get jio sim, shop keeper told to contact jio care for help.so kindly i am requesting for the solution for jio sim.

we are using ASUS 2 Zenfone 551 ML. We already installed the Jio App but still not getting offer code. My Mobile is in the list of mobiles having eligible for Jio offer code. Kindly Advice.
