I am using the same since long time as pre paid customer of Vodafone. But unfortunately i requested for Post paid over Vodafone App few days back..instantly i received call from Mr. Farooq an executive from Vodafone Direct sales Team Udaipur..he took all the documents over whatsApp because i am not from udaipur (i am from Dungarpur).. then activated my no., Now my no. has been deactivated since 3 August 2016 because of non physical verification..i called Mr. farooq then he dosen’t replied properly & said it will take 5 more days..i contacted local mini store for this and i came to know that my all the detail made by Mr. farooq are wrong, because of which my no. has been stopped.. Mr farooq gave these details.. This no. i am carrying from around 10 years, and i am not in position to loose this no., during non working i taken sim from my friend, insulted from many people like bosses, colleague, & relatives many urgent work got postponed & facing lot problem.
