I bought Jio Water 5 phone exactly a month back and i broke it 12 days ago. The phone fell on the floor, the screen is broken and the touch has completely stopped working. I went to the Jio service centre, and registered regarding the same and requested for a new display and screen. Its been 12 days now and no one knows if the screen will ever come to the store. I did not buy this phone for this. I bought it for 10.5k and now it is available for 7k. What a loss. Reliance must be celebrating. Sold the phones and now will be charging the customers for repair. Congratulations Reliance, you have accomplished what you planned for. I want to sell this phone and buy a PHONE, a good phone, that can work with a broken scree as well, not some random phone which after one fall dies off. Thank you.

I have Purchased Jio water 6 Mobile but it hangs while making outgoing call, Kindly look into the issue ASAP.
