Jio Postpaid mobile connection not allotted

Sir, this is as per our conversation with Mr. Ajay Kaushal, as regard to above subject matter.

On dated 30.03.2017, we have completed all the necessary formalities as regard to the allotment of 5 Nos. of Jio Post paid mobile, as all the necessary forms has been duly filled, Porting out of the mobile numbers had been done, Porting Codes obtained, necessary membership fees on every individual number was paid in. Necessary SIM were also allotted to us.

All the formalities were duly completed on dated 30.03.2017 & since then we are regularly following for the activation of mobile numbers., we were always told that process is going on & will be activated soon.

But on dated 19.04.2017 (today), that is after 21 days, we were asked to re-process the exercise of porting from the very beginning & there is some advance security is to be taken on every number now. All this is because change in the company policy.

Sir, this is very serious issue for us , kindly clear the matter on revert mail. Awaiting for your reply, as our further course of action is depend on it.
