Respected sir. Myself Paramvir Pal Singh s/o sh Rajpal Singh. Presently I was willing to do the job of insurance agent with ICICI Prudential Life insurance. I gave the exam of irda and qualify it. When ICICI Prudential tried to generate my agent code the problem rise now. System told that my code in Exide life insurance has already been generated. I enquire by my way from hisar branch of Exide life insurance I come to know that my code was generated on 05/10/2010 and same was terminated on 04/10/2010. My agent code was 60188674 .And licence no was 7758319203. All process was illegal. I never give my documents.never give any exam of irda. How it was all done I do not know ,my pan no was used illegal at Panipat branch. Is their irda not responsible for all of this activity done so far.. And now the issue is that I am in need of noc from Exide life insurance ..Panipat office .I have send the details their and now they are also demanding for 2500 RS for noc. Kindly help me out . I am attaching the papers I have sent to Panipat branch of Exide life insurance. Thanking you Paramvir Pal Singh
