Hello I’m a new owner of the Ktm duke 250 from Sikkim Gangtok sadly my 30 days old bike stalled on me while my friends and me were on a short ride within Gangtok its rear suspension got jammed the suspension wasn’t able to play I had a tough time bringing the bike back to the showroom as it was very risky to ride the bike. How can such a brand new bike have a very serious/dangerous defects like this arghhh I am not all satisfied with the product you guys delivered I waited for a month to get this bike delivered just to figure out I had received a complete defective bike arghhh! Plz check my YouTube video I uploaded https://youtu.be/IMYuYPvX80k The showroom ppl said they will replace the suspension and it’s been 13 days still waiting for the suspension what if the same issue happens again who’s going to take the risk?Man I should have gone for Royal Enfield made a huge mistake buying Ktm duke 250 my parents were right but still I insisted on buying the duke 250 just because of the brand… Now I am completely disappointed with KTM
