Today I tried to recharge my jio number with Rs 303/- .The amount got debited but recharge did not happen.For this issue, I tried to contact jio customer care through various customer care numbers but neither of the number connected.I also tried jio’s Live Chat but they did not respond.Moreover I e-mailed my concern on jio but I got no response here too. Yesterday I recharged my jio no.through jio retailer of 303 but I didn’t get any response from jio India Ltd.but retailer shown me successful msg arrived in his phone with ORM no. So,i humble request to jio India Ltd. to solve my problem as soon as possible.i recharged my no.yesterday night about 10.30pm as my no.807XX56465. Thanks
