Jio Prime Membership fees Not Credited Paid from Paytm

Dear Sir,

I made payment of Rs.99/- for prime membership of Jio connection no. 8178XX1956 through PayTM which was successful and I have been awarded the prime membership. Thanks. Thereafter, I wanted to make payment of Rs.303/- for your Jio Summer Surprise Offer through PayTM. The response was: “Enter valid mobile number”. After trying 3 times, suddenly an amount of Rs.400/- appeared. When I clicked, it was accepted immediately and welcomed me as post paid subscriber. In this connection, I talked to your call centre 2/3 times, but I did not get any convincing reply. I also emailed my grievance to care@jio.com which did not send any reply, instead an advertisement of Jio Summer Offer was sent. Today I visited your Jio Shop “Digital Life” at D.C.Chowk, Sector-9, Rohini, Delhi-110085. They gave their solution by suggesting to discontinue this number and get another new number and the amount already paid i.e. Rs.499/- is loss to me for my fault of making payment digitally.

This SIM has been gifted to me by my son. I am a retired person and an amount of Rs.499/-is not a small amount for me. I, therefore, request you to convert the post paid to pre paid plan of Rs.303/- and refund me the excess amount to the credit of my PayTM account (Mob. No. 9818XX7311).

I could not think of such kind of manipulation as mentioned in para 1 above from such a multi billionaire company who is very active participant in Digital India Campaign and earning unjustfully from small country men. I once again request to kindly utilise an amount of Rs.303/- towards prepaid scheme or refund the entire amount of Rs.499/- to me.
