Hello, This was the worst experience I had with B2X Lenovo Flagship in Jayanagar 4th Block. I gave my Lenovo K4 Note for repair on 4/5/2017 and till today there was no updates / status given to me. It took 18 days to check what is the issue with the handset. Mobile no. 9611XXX8304 was the only contact provided and it kept ringing all the time and nobody responded almost all the time. The person kept saying that, the server has gone down and the systems are not working for 2 weeks. He has not agreed to return the mobile as well and not ready to repair it. This was my 4th Lenovo smartphone and I have an Lenovo laptop and a Tab. After coming across such a Pathetic experience, I would never purchase a Lenovo in future and wouldn’t recommend also.
