I have done a recharge of 303 plan on my jio prime subscription number 8770XX8497 from jio money app but after submitting recharge failed and amount deducted from jio money wallet on 6th April 2017 11:17pm but i have lodge many of complains regarding this but still not get my money back.

As per the new recommendation, I had paid Rs.99 on 22.03.2017 but now the sim seems to be dead my mobile no. 8169440654. Awaiting responses from jio. Tried 1800 general complaint numbers but in vain.
