Lenovo Laptop Shopping from Amazon – Consumer Issue

Hello I have bought the lenovo laptop from Amazon. While starting the pre-installed windows, the laptop got stuck. After switching off and on again, a blue screen appeared and the laptop restarted. After speaking to customer care couple of time, they didn’t give me any Case ID and also after going to service center, they just did the hardware scan. Again speaking to customer care they mentioned that there is no hardware issue but definitely OS issue. but lenovo service center refuses to provide me quality check certificate for OS also. As i need it to get it replaced from Amazon.
