Today I tried to recharge my jio number with ₹303/- .The amount got debited but recharge did not happen.For this issue, I tried to contact jio customer care through various customer care numbers but neither of the number connected.I also tried jio’s Live Chat but they did not respond.Moreover I e-mailed my concern on jio but I got no response here too.
What else should I do? Jio took my money , did not recharge and not responding either.

Hello, My name is Ram Saroop. I was trying to recharge of 402 rupees on my Jio number 82192XX721 by the link received in message box. After entered all the. details of payment and password I submit it for the recharge. The payment of recharge is deducted but recharge not done at my jio number. Also I have not received my refund. So please help me to receive my refund
