Jio Prime ReCharge Not Applied to Account

Dear sir, I purchased a new jio sim in last week of March 2017 by paying Rs.99/- for sim charge and Rs.99/- for activation. Sim was activated and using in 4G as well. I applied for recharge of Rs.149/- on 7th April’17 through on line. The amount was deducted from my account but not credited for recharge. Then I thought it will be refunded in my account and I got recharged of Rs 303/- in jio counter. Now my complaint is that please refund Rs.149/- or add in my recharge account. I made the reachrge of 309 using jio money app on some number , On my end it is showing transaction successful but at number owner ends there is no success msg deliver yet. The recharge was made on noon dated 15 april. My transaction id was 710507769584. I also have send mails to care@jiomoney.com and care@jio.com but no replies has been given. Also tries to talk with customer care but no one is picking phone up. If rehcharge is done then why not the sms has come ? and if its not done why my money is deducted from jio money wallet. Worsts service ever seen .We also have other things to do apart from calling you and mailing you. Do i will get reply of this mail or not ?
