Vodafone Post-Paid Billing Issues Unresolved


This is regarding my Vodafone Account. Request you to please check your billing system or my calls regarding the change my monthly plan dated 14th March & 16th March for confirmation.
1. One mobile number and two monthly plan like iPhone 1799/- and Vodafone red 1299 plan at a same time.

a) charged against my previous plan iPhone 1799 that I used from 11th March to 15th March : INR 1799/-.
b) Same time another Vodafone red plan 1299 from 15th March to 11th April : INR 1172/-

Request you to please revert all extra charges including customer call charges and forward fresh new bill for payment.
