I had bought a Marie Claire bag from the Bata showroom at Kohat, Pitam Pura. The bag was worth Rs.1500. I had purchased it recently only. The Bata salesperson behavior was very bad and he didn’t gave me the bill initially as I was already doing an exchange of one bag which I had bought earlier and it was all teared out from inside.

When I visited the store for its replacement, their behavior was very bad and were not providing me with the bill. They asked me to call customer care for getting the exchange id. The bag which now I have changed is also not spacious and not at all worth for Rs 1500. Quality is too bad, I have started using it and within 2 days only all its stiches are teared out.

Can somebody from Bata or Marie Claire resolve this issue and continue the consumer experience once needs ?
