Hello sir , I have recharge in 2 April 303 form jio app the transaction status is success and they cut 303 rupees and my transaction ID 70920 7889730 my jio account but they not give any message you have recharge after that I am called customer care services they saying after 12 days back your cash in your account but in my account no 303 give so after that I am complained again and he says your complaint fill urgent basics they say with 24 hours 303 transfer your account but still 48 after that same problem and I am call today morning and he give 7 to 8 days again what is this again and again I don’t have more passions so please resolved this problem.
