Dear Sir/madam, I am Pravin Pundlik Bhalekar (Pan no.AHXPB3298B) and my agent code -224103 with Max Life Insurance Co.Ltd. I have been working as an Agent Advisor with Max Life Insurance Co.Ltd from 14 July 2008. Since 2015- 2016 more than 100 Max Life Agents joined part time employment with Kotak Life Insurance Co.Ltd., One of the Max Life Agent only approch me for the smilier opportunity as a part time employment with Kotak Life. I discussed this opportunity with my Pune 2 Max Life Insurance Branch head and sales manager. After that only I accepted the opportunity of working with Kotak Life Insurance as a part time employment, there were many agents who joined along with me also. * when discussed with my pune 2 max life insurance branch head and sales manager they never made me aware about Agency licence of max life insurance being terminated. Later in February 2017, I received a show cause notice from Max life head office , on receiving the notice I discussed the issue with my branch head of max life insurance pune 2. On my behalf he only drafted mail to them told me to send it and said, it will get resolved. * In April 2017, I directly received a termination letter of my Max life agency , it was very shocking and unacceptable for me due to below mentioned reasons 1. I was unaware about the clauses under which my agency is terminated The terms and coditions laid down by max life insurance along with the appointment letter as the copy of it was not provided to me by the company, also neither of the agents have it. 2. It was soel responsibility of my office Pune 2 branch head to inform me about the terms and conditions in Agents appointment letter regarding joining any other company. When I discussed the with them before joining Kotak life insurance . 3. I have my Irda licence associated with Max Life Insurance only and sourcing Life Insurance business for Max Life only. 4. My branch head is aware that there are many Agents from our office who joined Kotak Life Insurance as a part time employment before and after me too. 5. Similarly from all over Pune there are more then 100 Max Life Insurance Agents joining Kotak Life Insurance part time employment before and after me. This was informed by me to the head office legal department and appellate officer. 6.I had clearly mentioned in my mail to them that if needed I can disclose the names of all Max Life Agents who joined Kotak Life Insurance. 7.As per agents appointment letters, terms and conditions are similar for all agents and is applicable for all agents. Then from these 100 plus agents why is agency termination action taken against me only. 8.Neither am I the first one nor the last one to join Kotak Life as a part time employment. 9.The agency termination is done unfairly or with some revengeful intention. 10.On these grounds I have communicated to all the related dept. Of Max Life Insurance Co Ltd. to reconsider my agency termination. 11.Due to sudden and immediate agency termination my reputation is being hampered within my clients . 12 As within no time of termination Max Life Insurance sent letters and made phone calls to my clients informing about my termination when I was busy in discussing the issue with higher Max Life Authorities and their Legal Department. 13. I have not received my renewals also wherein I have been associated with Max Life Insurance for last 9 years. 14. I am performer agent of Max Life. Sold 400 plus policies with good services and zero claim. There is no positive reply from any of the department authorities. So I want to register a complaint against Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd. For the following 1. Unfair and revengeful agency termination. 2. Reputation being hampered 3.
