I went to reliance digital store , they proceeded my jio sim but lastly they told this code has already been redeemed .tell me how to generate a new code on this existing phone. They told me to call customer care CIA jio sim tell me how is this possible?? Kindly help me to grab out of this issue.

I am am simham sireesha, i have purchased a jio sim one week ago. My jio number is 8919440548. I have used sim in oppo mobile and after that my phone is damaged, i have change my phone after that jio sim is used in new phone. Please clarify & suggested me as early as possible.
