Why Samsung Does not Cover Accessories in Warranty ?

Samsung Engineer and Customer care has told that Samsung has a hidden policy that Accessories with LED smart TV like smart remote is not covered under warranty from first day only. Please confirm this Samsung policy or be ready to be boycotted in Indian market.

I booked a samsung memory card of 128 GB on 09/12/2016. I received my consignment on 13/12/2016 by DotZot delivery. When I opened packet I found that memory card was dead. Same day 13/12/2016 I complained about this. But till day no action has been taken on it. Please change dead memory card and hand over correct one.
