Reliance Broadband – No Service after Deposit

We had given all the requested documents and Rs.850/- (800 + Rs.50 for DD ) in cash on 29th September 2014 to the executive. After 4-5 days he informed us that Reliance cannot give the connection as promised (they had already confirmed the feasibility while collecting the documents) citing the reason as no ports available near to our office location. He promised the refund of money. However it did not happen, he did not pick the phone after that. Then we contacted his team leader Mr. Dinu and channel manager Mr. Arun, he promised he will take action, after that he also never picked the phone. We also contacted another manager Mr. Lalvin who responsible for whole team but the same story happend. Firstly, he had promised it will clear it by 2 days but after that he also did not pick the call. We have called each of them many times but no response, already lost our valuable time a lot.
