It was almost 15 days from the date of applied.I have given contact no.(08118922209)of resident of Goa fire force but for Address proof purpose along with alternative no. 0940XX17664. I have take a sim from Jio office in ALLAHABAD U.P on 30 .o9 .16 whose detail written in box is as under. ICCID NO 89918710400013223409. IMSI NO 405871001467340 The Cell number is 82994 87694 is not activated. Kindly take action please.
