Incorrect Charges on Airtel Post Paid Mobile Bill

This is really frustrating to and irritating behavior from airtel.
Its been every month i am recieveing inaccurate bill for my usage. Things what are promised to me are not been given to me. This leads me to separate from the network provider which i am using from 6-8 years and port the same no to another service provider. Even after talking to customer service they dont seem to help me in any way and the behavior from them is not up to the airtel mark. Please have an educated person to call me and who have the will to help me or else allow me to port my no to Vodafone as i believe they value for their people.
