Dear Jio Fi Customer Service I have purchased Jiofi router for 2899 from reliance digital in Kottayam, Kerala They gave me a 4g jio sim on the dt: 30-8-2016. the sim is still not activate. I’ve already submit all the documents in the time of purchase jio fi broadband router. i haven’t got the tele verification message yet. Please resolve on SIM No 70127 27541.

sir i bought jio sim and jiofi device on 28/08/2016 till date i didn’t get registered my CAF. I’m highly unsatisfied with your your response. Everyone gets activated instantly, i didn’t get activated. i bought the device for 2899 but today its 1999. i paid extra and waited for more than 5 days. what you are going to do or else i go for consumer court.
