I have purchased a Samsung Mobile J7 00F Galaxy J7 Black on 16-Jul-2016 for a cost of Rs.13850 from Poorvika Mobiles Pvt. Ltd, having its registered office at 30, Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600024, from its branch office 5/115, Mosque Street, Pammal Main Road, Pallavaram, Chennai 43. The handset lost its display one sudden morning and submitted to Samsung Service Centre as per the dealers advice with a request to replace it with a new phone or give refund. They have refused to give us refund but offered to give it repaired. Since it is sub-standard product which is not working in 15 days, I want complete refund or a new handset.

The cost of handset is Rs.13850. Since my son (Varun Lakshmanan) studying in Chennai SRM university was using this mobile. He had to make multipple trips to dealer, service centre, make numerous call to them and us in Mumbai, arrange for another mobile, mental stress all should be considered, though it cannot be monitorily evaluated. I ask for a compensation of Rs.25,000 for cheating.

I want a refund of cost and compensation of Rs.25,000 for cheating, mental stress and other cost as described above.
