Tanmoy Basu, made an agreement with JOY MAJUMDER & CO. for the purchase of a proposed 2-BHK flat at Mira Garden , Phase II at Madhyamgram Municipality. I made a payment of Rs. 4,77,750 only (20% of the entire flat value) and made the agreement on 31/7/2013. After that I applied for home loan for rest amount from LIC HFL. LIC HFL did not disburse the loan citing the cause that there is technical problem in the plan of 2BHK flat of that building. I informed that to the builder many times and sent a registered mail with A/D on 16/10/2014 to cancel the agreement and give my money back in full. The company did not give my money back till today (1st March, 2015).

Though initially company representatives misled me by telling money will be refunded soon. But they have not refunded my money till date. I have also sent a Legal Notice by Advocate Mr. Palash Roy on 4th February, 2015. The company received the Legal Notice but did not bother to respond even.

The company is not giving my money back and even not even responding to my letter/Legal Notice. I need your Organization to help me so that I can get my advanced amount (Rs. 4,77,750/-) back. I have all documents, evidances, receipts & bank statements with me in original. I will be able to provide all if needed.
