I am using Vodafone network from November 2014 and whenever I refill my account the cut my balance and after enquiry they say that you have downloaded some content and after fighting with them they refund my balance. But they repeatedly do this. Please sir help me getting out this problem. Recently they have debited my 50 rupees.

I want my balance to be refunded soon and want some action to be taken against them. Are the TRAi and DoT Sleeping over this Balance Deduction Scam ?
