Wrong Billing by MTS India

I was promised that ill be given best network service or else my money would be refund. further on repeated complains through mail only automated reply was given to me and not solved. I didn’t pay the bill because of hug loss and bad service and i mailed to disconnect my connection in month of November but they didn’t disconnect and made bill outstanding for the moth i even didn’t use the service.

I faced a loss in my business due to bad network by the provider and they harnessed me and give me legal notice without any concern. I want my loss i.e Rs.200000/- to be beard by the MTS and pay me and withdraw legal notice issued against me. and strong action to be taken against such companies.
