Jukaso Resorts – Cancellation Membership – Refund

Dear Sir/Madam Sub: Complaint against Jukaso Resorts Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon regarding refund of membership & EMI amount On 8th March, 2014, I took a membership of Jukaso Resorts Pvt Ltd, IT Composite Towers, Plot no 1, IDC Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon, paying Rs 29,880/- in Ranchi, Jharkhand through my credit card. It also carries an EMI of Rs 7,174/- payable for 36 months from the month of May,2014 for which they also got a mandate signed by me. Not satisfied with their service related responses and reservation of the preferred locations, I informed the Sales Executive immediately on 15/04/2014 to cancel my membership.The told me that now membership can only be cancelled when it is enrolled and i receive the membership number. They assured to refund the membership amount within 45 days after that. Then after some days when contacted they told that Rs 3000/- will be deducted against the cancellation charges. I told them that I have not availed any of their facilities but they said this is a company rule. Anyway, I agreed but the whole month of March,14 passed and none of the executives of the company contacted me. I received their membership kit on 12/4/14 and immediately approached the sales Executive of the branch. They advised me to send an email to company that due to some personal reasons request of cancellation of membership be accepted. I followed accordingly and same day emailed Jukaso resorts for membership cancellation. After that, innumerable times I send them e mails and contacted but everybody responded that it will take time to process. Their relation manager Ms Shivani and Ms Pratibha on 19th May,14 told me to wait and my cancellation request is being processed and within 45 days, the money will be refunded. In the meantime on 19.05.2014, the first EMI of Rs 7,174/- was deducted from my account despite my followup for sttoppage of any such deduction and also with Jukaso resorts. When contacted to Jukaso Resorts, they replied me to contact the concerned Bank to deactivate the ECS account. I approached my account holding SBI branch but they shown their inability, since no information and such facility is available with them. Instead they advised me to contact Jukaso Resort to cancel the ECS mandate. To avoid deduction of EMI I kept my bank balance below Rs7000. In the mean time on dated 1st Oct and on 8th Oct,2014 the deducted EMI of rs 7,174 two times. I tried to inform Jukaso regarding that but nobody was taking the phonecall. When and how I will get refund of my money and sttoppage of the EMI, I am tese and perplexed. These questions are not being answered by Jukaso resorts Ltd. Meanwhile, I saw a news Item in which one of Jukaso Resorts Manager in Ranchi Mr Sanjay Shukla was arrested by the Ranchi police on a customer complaint for not providing the promised services and cheating Rs 50,000/-. The news clip appeared in Dainik Bhaskar Ranchi on 26/05/2014. This testifies the services of the persons of Jukaso
