I have tried to do a recharge on 4/10/14 around 8:10 a.m but it failed. My order No. is 611404171. It’s been approx. 102 hours but I haven’t got the refund of the money wrongly charged by Paytm. I have mailed to them four times,they have been telling that the issue has been resolved but I haven’t got my money refunded yet. The last mail I did yesterday at 8:08 p.m but haven’t got any response from their side and to add more,the previous mail to that I did yesterday only at 8:07 a.m even whose reply also they haven’t bothered to give and neither to solve the issue.I believe to get the refund as soon as possible to my account.
