Sir, I’m Phanindra Papasani, here to complaint on TIMES group as it is making fraudulent tricks and making the users fools to improve its rating and it is cheating it’s users in its website by offering the redeem facility via the points which we acquired by reading the articles and participating in the contests by Times. In the whole issue, my side fault is zero. Like the other users I too had opted to redeem Wooden Photoframe, with my 9000+ Times points earned from since February of this year. But, after, in less time my order was get cancelled and they didn’t responded to any of my complaints regarding the problem. So, with the weighted heart I’m writing this to Consumer forum, to take severe actions on Times website for misleading people and and it’s users. I had a serious issues with my family and friends when I was busy in building the points table. i want justice and i lost my precious time and respect from my parents, friends and office colleagues due to this website.

I want you to take serious actions on Times and I request you to pay compensation of 5,00,000 rupees from Times Group.. Your judgment will have to be like an eye-opener for all the websites like this.
