Hi sir, I am running a courier company. Justdial executive took cheque of Rs 2000/- from me for yearly contract of advertisement in september 2013. In few hours i received email from justdial saying that they have charged me Rs 24000/- for yearly. I was shocked, and i bounced the cheque and informed justdial i dont want to be part of there company. Then now in month on november on 8th nov 2013 ECS of Rs 1953/- was deducted from my account. I called them, but they are saying i have to take there one month service and close this issue. They are saying they will not refund. Also i searched my company name VAISHNAVI INTERNATIONAL COURIER, is not available in the list what i was promised. Sir i have not signed any ECS form for monthly payment, as i told yearly Rs 2000/-. Then sir how i will signed the form. Please help me out, as i am filling a case on justdial company and declaring in newspaper that whoever all are done fraud by Justdial please come with their documents to court.
