I have submitted my Xolo A700 SmartPhone Mobile with IMEI no: 911246750135813 on 21-10-2013 at M/S Service City at Laxmi nagar New DElhi for repair however, I haven’t received my phone back until today. I had word with Customer service center experience at Xolo as I haven’t got any result. I went M/S Service city many times however, they said that they are not responsible for the same . Please let me know what should I do for the same.

Wil Xolo Mobile attend to customer problems or continue to manufacture sub-standard mobile and keep selling as they know that India is a Big Consumer Market and take consumers for a ride.
