Sir, I purchased 1 salowar kameez on 24/09/2013 paying full amount through credit card from kalazone.in.Till date the same has not been received.On company website it is displayed that the product has been sent on 10/10/13 through DTDC. I sent mail 2 times but didnot get any reply. I tried to contact over telephone but the farm didnot receive the call.U r requested kindly to look into the matter so that either i may get the product or the company bound to pay the entire amount with compansation.
