I had filed a TDR for PNR 2819472300 on 29th June 2013. The amount for the same was not fully refunded. So, I had dropped a mail regarding the same on 9th July to care@irctc.co.in and had received a ticket ID – 2620067. Its more than 5 months and the amount has not been refunded completely. I have been following up with them regularly but they just say that we have forwarded your matter and you should receive your refund. Please take some strict against them and levy heavy penalty such that they don’t dare to do such things in future
