Dear Sir, I purchased karbonn A15 mobile and there was major issue so I given my mobile to Unique techno services who is authorized service dealer for Karbonn mobiles. I have given my phone to service center on 14-Nov 2013 and they committed to repair mobile within 21 days. it alrady passed 75 days and written lots of mails but there is only one response from Karbonn mobile and they are saying that it is under progress but not committing any date. mobile was under 1 year warranty and my request registered vide job sheet no.KJASPGT046113k762. Kinldy take necessary action

I need a new phone or same get repaired as its more than 75 days and there is no update
