The management asked for the entire money in advance. I gave them in three cheques BEFORE AVAILING ANY SERVICE. I requested them to put the last cheque after a few days as it may cause my other cheque to bounce. They assured me they will not put it. But the check was immediately debited from my account. This was a serious breach of faith, and I am not comfortable now availing health services from people I dont trust anymore. Further, there is now some discrepancy with regards to the outcome of treatment as well. They cannot deliver what they promised. A Miss Anjana at the corporate office was very rude on the phone and even threatened me. I now want to end my association with them and get my money back, which was Rs65,000 (Rupees sixty five thousand).
