I had ordered a shoe from yepme.com. whose order no is 4814380 on 3-jan-2014. But I cancelled the order at the same time because I had to buy some other shoe. According to the company policy it should be refunded within 7-9 working days. But till now I have not received my money. It is going to be more than 25 days. I called customer care 4 times, but every time they told me to wait for 2 more days.

I want the company to refund my money with penalty as soon as possible.
