HPCL – facing so many issues poor response

Dear Sir/Mam. I have LPG domestic connection on my mother’s name(Smt. SABRA BEGAM, Connection# 789908, Unique Consumer# 9110997100060527. We are facing so many issues from this distributor. In september 2013 our refill was not delivered however delivery message was received, I tried to reach my area manager Mr. Vilas Chandra through his mobile# 9540936xxx however his phone was engaged all the time, then I filed written complaint through HPCL website under complaint reference#13069619. After this refill was received and I got assurance that it will not be happened in future but. For next 1 month condition was good but again in Nov 2013 we get message that refill booking was cancelled. I tried to reach Anand Stores but unable to get connected as they don’t entertain there phone call. I get chance to speak with Mr. Vilas Chandra(area manger) then he interfere in this issue and we were informed that house was locked but our house was not locked on that day. On next day we received our refill. Now again we are facing same issue. In current month we booked our refill on JAN 21, 2014 and as per their website cash memo date is Jan 23, 2014, but as of now we haven’t received refill, also I tried to contact Anand Stores more than 50 times on their contact detail but no one picked our call. Also area manger’s phone# is on engaged mode for all unknown numbers all time. I want maximum compensation in terms of money due to all inconvenience on basis of my complaints, Also I want you or HPCL to take very strict and straight action against dealer as they don’t take any complaints, Please look into this issue on high priority as this is the last hope which we have.
