KARBONN Mobile – No Customer Service

I had submitted my mobile on 25/08/2014. and i collected it on 01/10/2014. After collecting that mobile which they given to me, i had used that mobile but it doesn’t feel like my mobile because that mobile has so many problems 1) Both speakers are of bad quality 2) Hanging problem 3) Heating problem 4) Touch problem so i checked it with my MOBILE BILL and matching with my IMEI number ,so what i find, that mobile they gave me is not mine its IMEI number is different of my MOBILE BILL. So i again go to that service center and said that the mobile u gave me its not mine . So they answered me that mobile ?? ??? company ?? ?? mobile ?? ???? ?? , so i replied that why should i took this scrap !! so again they take it back that mobile and raise a another voice number on 18/10/2014 . at that time i asked in how many days you gave me mobile so they only say company ?? call ? ????? ! But i am not able to receive any call till date !! I also send mail to KARBONN COMPANY. But i did not get any reply from them.

i am not able to understand if my mobile is replaced, why the company not given me fresh piece why it is replaced by a scrap piece. And second problem is that I know my mobile is not come and i m not going to take the scrap piece! My mobile has minor problem ,so question is arises why they replace my mobile and why they take so much time, its about more than 2 months and going to be 3 months soon. My mobile warranty has expired on 19/11/2014.
