On 25/07/2014 I purchased “karbonn A1+ duple“. On 09/03/2015 its TOUCH stopped working so on 10/03/2015 I handed over it to KARBONN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE – FIRST MOBILE, INDRA TOWER, JAIPUR-0141-511xxxx. After there committed date I asked for my mobile but they refuse to deliver as IT WAS NOT RECVD. FROM COMPANY, so they extended date to 10 days. And this process started after my every call to them. In between I Complaint to the COMPANY Its complaint No. is 117834. In todays date(29/04/2015) COMPANY people says that they couriered the same to FIRST MOBILE SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY RECVD. THE SAME ON 22/04/2015. BUT AFTER CONTACTING THEM (FIRST MOBILE) they REFUSED for the Product to be with them. And not gave proper answer. NOW YOU PEOPLE ARE MY LAST HOPE. Please help.
