I have received the mail from visa bill on April 18 2015 states that Dear Customer Thank you for writing to Visa Bill Pay. This is with reference to your e-mail dated April 17, 2015, regarding status of the below stated biller. We have checked our records and find that there is payment transaction under the transaction reference number: 080046210763 for Rs.640.00. Further, we have contacted the biller and they have confirmed that the refund of the payment will be processed on April 13, 2015. It will take 5 to 7 working days to credit/refund the amount in your account We appreciate your patience in the interim and apologize for the inconvenience caused. But till date I have not received the refund. I have contacted the bank for the same but they said it is not yet initiated by visa bill.

I want my refund should be reflected in my account and visa bill pay should pay me for mental harassment.
