I had purchased a new karbonn mobile on 12th Jan 2015. The mobile was hanging and it was given to the Pune service station in the month of March. The service station repaired and gave it back after a week. Still we found that it had the same problem. On 18th April the mobile was again given for repairs and then till date, the mobile has not been returned. No satisfactory answer is given by the call center and till date they do not know about its whereabouts. I have asked them to give my mobile as and where condition, but that too is not given.
As you know mobile is one of the most needed gadgets in life. I do a night shift from 07:00 pm to 04:00 pm and during this period I am unable to contact my family. Any emergency (as my parents are old) I have to give mobile number of my colleagues. Also I am unable to do any financial transactions in the capital market.
I look for a relief of Rs.50000/- from them as the loss incurred by me in the capital market and mental harassment.
