This is in regards to my Reliance Postpaid#- 828XX02233 where I have called-up the customer care in the month of April,2015 for the deactivation of the SMS pack and I was assured by the customer care agent that the same has been DEACTIVATED hence no charge will be levied on my bill from May 2015; onwards. However I was shocked to see the SMS pack charged again in my May 2015; statement and when I again called-up the Customer Care, I was assured by POOJA that she is not only crediting back the amount for SMS pack but also providing me an additional discount of Rs.150.00 as a goodwill gesture besides sending a collection agent @ my residence to collect a cheque of Rs.680.00 after all adjustments When the collection agent did not turn-up even after the due date, I started getting calls from Reliance for the monthly payments, and then they started playing their GAMES of making fool to the customers by blaming each others and finally advised me that I need to make a full payment of what I see on the bill. Just to make sure that my outgoing services should not be Barred due to irresponsible activities of Reliance, I made a total of Rs.730 as per the bill which am not suppose to pay. Hence requesting you to kindly investigate the matter and help me with a proper resolution, please.
