hello sir, this is kiran, i purchased a aquafina water bottle of 1 lt in a shopping mall, generally the cost of 1lt water bottle is mrp 20, but they sold it for double the cost i.e 40rs. actually the mrp printed on the bottle also 40rs so please take the action on this.on both the company as well as the shopping mall. thank you

When we buy a colddrink from gajanan snacks kapurbavdi thane he charged 18 Rs where as the MRP is 15 Rs.even after telling him it is illegal he said it is normal practice it is refrigeration charges.When we ask for a bill he refuse to give bill or excess money back.we end up the matter by paying extra charges. is any solution for penalising these shop owners.tell me if any other forum to be approached.i have the pic of bottle and snack centre.
