I have purchase karbonn mobile handset A18 from Singh enterprises dwarka for Rs.10500 INR. From second month i got various issues in screen display as it was flickering and other software and hardware issues like application freezing etc. I submitted and contacted them 5 to 6 times through their authorized service center SARASWATI INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES H. No. 165, Kakrola Housing Complex, Opp. Jagdamba Sari, Near Reliance Fresh, Metro Pillar No. 789, New Delhi-110059. But they are not able to resolve my issue, I went personally to their Okhla new delhi office. They are continuously harassing me. I invest Rs.10500 INR for nothing.I sent them notice through mail, contacted through mail but no result.Now they neither pick my phone nor they replying on mail.when i asked my previous repair jobsheets data they simply told that “we will not give it to you” and they simply deleted my data from their database.My latest jobsheet no is: KJASPDL082813K4661.please help me.

I want my whole money Rs.10500 with current SBI interest rate plus economic and mental agony charges Rs.30000 shall be given to me, which makes total sum = Rs.40,500 with a sorry letter from karbonn company.
